I can't say enough good things about Tom Ware. Not only is he a top notch private investigator, he is also incredibly knowledgable about the whold family law and custody process. His consultation was as valuable as his private investigative work. He knows everybody, from good lawers to the best family therapists and mediators. I recently had a situation to arise where I needed the services of a private investigator. It was a hard thing to do to hire someone away from where we lived, that we did not know, but we were in a desperate situation. Needed to find out information on a person and could not go to Austin to personally do it. It ran through our mind that "he could just take our money and do nothing" but this was not the case. We took a leap of faith and hired Mr. Ware. Best thing we ever did. He was first of all honest, thorough in his investigatings, furnished us with pictures, videos and good advice. He is easy to talk to, answers email quickly and returns calls quickly. A good honest, caring investigator. I would highly reccomend him.

I CONTACTED MR. WARE TODAY REGARDING MY CASE...AS IT IS A "BAD DIVORCE!!!" I HAVE BEEN BATTLING 3 YEARS FOR MY BABIES AMIST A DIVORCE. MR. WARE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. I HIGHLY recommend Tom Ware for either guardian ad litem or private investigation services. We have been involved in a very hostile child custody case for almost three years, and of all of the people I¿ve consulted with in the legal arena, Tom is by far the most knowledgeable and has been the most helpful to us. Tom¿s years of experience as a guardian ad litem have provided him invaluable insight into how the legal process and court system `works¿. Tom is great at explaining what to anticipate, how to respond, and he always suggests proactive measures, etc. As a private investigator, Tom has performed surveillance for us and has produced facts and evidence that have enhanced our case. MR Ware is a kind, and truthful gentleman who tells it like it is. He is honest and seems to be genuinely concerned about your issues. He offers suggestions and gives hope to a sometimes hopeless situation. He is fair, easy to talk to and is very thorough in his approach to his cases. He is very intelligent and experienced and knows the laws. I would highly recommend Mr Ware to anyone who needed any kind of information regarding any type of legal matter. I hired Tom Ware to do a home assessment for a custody case I had initiated. Tom came and did a thorough evaluation and wrote a report in time for the hearing. His report helped immensely and I'm very happy that I choose him. Tom is very thorough and enjoys his job. Tom likes talking with people. Be prepared to spend some time with Tom.
